Building your confidence and knowledge as we go. \nOver the 7 weeks we will include: \nMaterials and setting-up \nBrush selection and techniques \nWater techniques \nBasic colour theory and colour mixing \nWet into wet\, wet into dry and colour washes \nWorking light to dark \nPlanning and building layers \nMark making \nUsing masking \n\nThere will be lots of top tips\, helpful hints and plenty of experimentation and encouragement. \nClasses are limited to a maximum of 5 participants to ensure individual tutoring. \n\nYou will bring along your own core set of materials (list provided at sign-up). \n

You’ll have the opportunity to experiment with a variety of techniques and materials in a supportive and inspiring environment. \nNo prior experience is required. Full step-by-step guidance will be provided\, and small group sizes ensure individual attention throughout each session. \nPlease bring your sketchbook; all other materials will be supplied. \nExamples: Watercolour flow\, natures shapes\, blending colours soft pastels\, cut out collages\, paper weaving\, mindful mark making.
