Crafting at the cottage
The Unique Textile group has been formed from the textile, knitting and fibre groups that previously met at the studios. We welcome all crafters who would like to spend some time working on their projects with other people around to chat with. We don’t offer formal teaching in any craft but have a wealth of experience between us and are always willing to help. We are very inclusive and always interested in new crafts. If you can do your work in a café then come along!
We meet twice a month from 10am to 12 noon, on the first Thursday and on the third Thursday.
Many of us have found making things has helped us through the last few years. Research is showing that creative processes are good for us, mentally and emotionally. Now we are looking forward to meeting again in person and sharing our enjoyment.
