I'll answer any questions you may have about the projects and offer advice on your designs, tiles and china.
I have a huge range of mosaic tiles and china to choose from, all included in the workshop price.
During a workshop, you'll be able to complete the tiling but will need to let the adhesive dry before grouting at home with a supplied kit.
If that's not your thing, I do offer a grouting service for a small additional fee - leave your work with me and I'll complete it to a high standard and call you when it's ready to collect.

If you're looking for an activity to mark a special occasion or are just a group who'd like to spend time together while making and chatting with everything provided - contact me to discuss your plans for a half or full day.

Mosaic Making Workshops
All dates are suitable for beginners and the more experienced. I'll teach you the essential basics and can help with design and choosing the best materials for your project.
For the more experienced, I can also offer support and technical advice for more complicated pieces.
Maximum of four people per workshop.
Please bring an apron and any old china you'd like to use.
Hot drinks and biscuits supplied throughout the day
Please bring a packed lunch or book a table at the Unique Cottage Cafe for the full day workshops.
You can choose a project to work on. Some projects are more suited to a full day, I can advise what you could expect to achieve if you're not sure.
You could make a mirror, a decorative panel, garden stakes, house sign or number, hearts, birds, hares or small brooches and jewellery pieces.
Or I can work with you on your own project idea, I'll happily advise if the project is suitable for a day or will take longer, and help with materials and design.
Learn how to work with china and tiles with tips on selecting, cutting and getting the most from your materials.
